Jednou z nejd\u016fle\u017eit\u011bj\u0161\u00edch aplikac\u00ed epoxid\u016f je ochrana kov\u016f proti korozi. Nejsou to ale jen antikorozn\u00ed vlastnosti, d\u00edky nim\u017e jsou epoxidy materi\u00e1lem budoucnosti, ale hlavn\u011b vysok\u00e1 efektivita epoxidov\u00fdch n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f a jejich trvanlivost. Kombinace unik\u00e1tn\u00edch vlastnost\u00ed epoxid\u016f a modern\u00ed technologie v\u00fdroby umo\u017e\u0148uj\u00ed sn\u00ed\u017eit spot\u0159ebu surovin a nutnost renovace n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f, \u010d\u00edm\u017e se v\u00fdznamn\u011b \u0161et\u0159\u00ed zdroje a sni\u017euje zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed.<\/p><p>V Evrop\u011b se ro\u010dn\u011b vyrob\u00ed zhruba 200 000 000 tun oceli\u00b9. V\u00fdroba oceli spot\u0159ebov\u00e1v\u00e1 obrovsk\u00e9 mno\u017estv\u00ed energie a zp\u016fsobuje v\u00fdznamn\u00e9 emise sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a zne\u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed. N\u00e1klady na v\u00fdrobu nov\u00e9 oceli, kter\u00e1 je ka\u017edoro\u010dn\u011b pot\u0159ebn\u00e1 na v\u00fdm\u011bnu zkorodovan\u00fdch kovov\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed v pr\u016fmyslu a automobilov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f, jsou odhadov\u00e1ny zhruba na 400\u2013600 miliard EUR\u00b2. Je z\u0159ejm\u00e9, \u017ee bez \u00fa\u010dinn\u00e9 antikorozn\u00ed ochrany by n\u00e1klady i dopady na \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed byly mnohem vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed. Jde o proces nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed kapaln\u00e9 n\u00e1t\u011brov\u00e9 hmoty na kovov\u00fd povrch pomoc\u00ed nam\u00e1\u010den\u00ed za p\u0159\u00edtomnosti elektrick\u00e9 energie. Elektricky nabit\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stice prysky\u0159ice a pigment\u016f ve vodn\u00ed emulzi jsou p\u0159itahov\u00e1ny k vodiv\u00e9mu kovov\u00e9mu povrchu, p\u0159i\u010dem\u017e tlou\u0161\u0165ka vrstvy n\u00e1t\u011bru je regulov\u00e1na velikost\u00ed nap\u011bt\u00ed. Nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed se zpomaluje a samo sebe omezuje, jakmile je film dostate\u010dn\u00fd a elektricky izoluje kovov\u00fd povrch. \u010c\u00e1stice jsou nejprve p\u0159itahov\u00e1ny na plochy nejbl\u00ed\u017ee k elektrod\u011b. Jakmile jsou tyto plochy odizolov\u00e1ny, \u010d\u00e1stice se dostanou i do dal\u0161\u00edch, odlehlej\u0161\u00edch m\u00edst. Tento jev se v angli\u010dtin\u011b naz\u00fdv\u00e1 throwpower a je obrovskou v\u00fdhodou procesu e-coat. Podle elektrody, na kter\u00e9 se n\u00e1t\u011brov\u00e1 hmota vylu\u010duje, rozd\u011blujeme dva procesy. Katodov\u00fd proces (kataforetick\u00e9 lakov\u00e1n\u00ed, KTL) je nov\u011bj\u0161\u00ed a pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 v 90 % aplikac\u00ed. Anodov\u00fd proces (anaforetick\u00e9 lakov\u00e1n\u00ed, ATL) je star\u0161\u00ed a dnes m\u00e9n\u011b pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00fd (10 %).<\/p><h3>V\u00fdhody e-coatu<\/h3><p>Elektroforetick\u00e9 lakov\u00e1n\u00ed m\u00e1 \u0159adu nesporn\u00fdch v\u00fdhod v\u010detn\u011b vysok\u00e9 efektivity, n\u00edzk\u00fdch n\u00e1klad\u016f a ekologick\u00fdch p\u0159ednost\u00ed. Hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhodou je, \u017ee proces umo\u017e\u0148uje souvisl\u00e9 pokryt\u00ed povrchu v\u010detn\u011b zapu\u0161t\u011bn\u00fdch ploch a ostr\u00fdch hran a regulaci tlou\u0161\u0165ky filmu. Stoprocentn\u00ed kryt\u00ed s vysokou \u00fa\u010dinnost\u00ed nan\u00e1\u0161en\u00ed v\u00fdrazn\u011b zvy\u0161uje antikorozn\u00ed ochranu i estetick\u00e9 vlastnosti kone\u010dn\u00fdch v\u00fdrobk\u016f.<\/p><p>Proces je tak\u00e9 vysoce efektivn\u00ed, co se t\u00fd\u010de vyu\u017eit\u00ed zdroj\u016f, a\u0165 u\u017e z pohledu \u017eivotn\u00edho prost\u0159ed\u00ed \u010di ekonomick\u00fdch v\u00fdhod. D\u00edky vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed p\u0159ilnavosti a sebeomezuj\u00edc\u00ed schopnosti je vyu\u017eitelnost n\u00e1t\u011brov\u00e9 hmoty a\u017e t\u00e9m\u011b\u0159 100%, p\u0159i procesu nedoch\u00e1z\u00ed ke st\u00e9k\u00e1n\u00ed a \u00fakap\u016fm, linka je rovnom\u011brn\u011b zat\u00ed\u017eena a pro optim\u00e1ln\u00ed antikorozn\u00ed vlastnosti povrchu obvykle sta\u010d\u00ed jedna nebo dv\u011b vrstvy n\u00e1t\u011bru.<\/p><p>Automatizovan\u00fd syst\u00e9m s n\u00edzk\u00fdmi n\u00e1klady na \u00fadr\u017ebu, minim\u00e1ln\u00ed po\u017eadavky na obsluhu a mo\u017enost\u00ed n\u00e1t\u011br\u016f mnoha d\u00edl\u016f sou\u010dasn\u011b zvy\u0161uje rychlost a produktivitu v\u00fdroby. Obvykle linky na e-coat n\u00e1t\u011bry vy\u017eaduj\u00ed vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00ed n\u00e1klady, ale pokud vezmeme v \u00favahu ni\u017e\u0161\u00ed n\u00e1sledn\u00e9 n\u00e1klady provozu linky (efektivita p\u0159enosu n\u00e1t\u011bru, produktivita linky, \u00fadr\u017eba a obsluha), je proces ekonomicky opravdu v\u00fdhodn\u00fd.<\/p><p>Nav\u00edc vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed ochrana proti korozi a vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed produktivita v\u00fdroby p\u0159in\u00e1\u0161\u00ed nesporn\u00e9 environment\u00e1ln\u00ed v\u00fdhody e-coatu. Produkty jsou odoln\u00e9 a maj\u00ed dlouhou \u017eivotnost, \u010d\u00edm\u017e celkov\u011b napom\u00e1haj\u00ed sni\u017eov\u00e1n\u00ed emis\u00ed sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f a produkce odpad\u016f p\u0159i v\u00fdrob\u011b nov\u00fdch produkt\u016f. Pou\u017e\u00edvan\u00e9 n\u00e1t\u011brov\u00e9 hmoty maj\u00ed minim\u00e1ln\u00ed nebo nulov\u00fd obsah t\u011bkav\u00fdch organick\u00fdch slou\u010denin (VOC) a proces vykazuje nulov\u00e9 nebo velice n\u00edzk\u00e9 HAP (nebezpe\u010dn\u00e9 l\u00e1tky zne\u010di\u0161\u0165uj\u00edc\u00ed ovzdu\u0161\u00ed). Ve srovn\u00e1n\u00ed s rozpou\u0161t\u011bdlov\u00fdmi n\u00e1t\u011bry je dopad na ovzdu\u0161\u00ed a klima minim\u00e1ln\u00ed. Adukt se p\u0159evede do formy emulze, kter\u00e1 n\u00e1sledn\u011b reaguje p\u0159i vy\u0161\u0161\u00ed teplot\u011b s tvrdidlem, a vznikne tak polyuretan-epoxidov\u00e9 s\u00ed\u0165. V\u00fdsledn\u00e9 epoxidov\u00e9 produkty pro e-coat n\u00e1t\u011bry maj\u00ed zcela unik\u00e1tn\u00ed antikorozn\u00ed vlastnosti a jejich v\u00fdroba pro z\u00e1kladn\u00ed a jednovrstv\u00e9 n\u00e1t\u011bry spot\u0159ebuje zhruba 30 000 tun z\u00e1kladn\u00edch epoxidov\u00fdch prysky\u0159ic ro\u010dn\u011b\u00b3.<\/p><p>D\u00edky sv\u00fdm vynikaj\u00edc\u00edm vlastnostem jsou epoxidy kl\u00ed\u010dov\u00e9 pro automobilov\u00fd pr\u016fmysl. P\u0159ed zaveden\u00edm epoxid\u016f do v\u00fdroby byla maxim\u00e1ln\u00ed doba ochrany p\u0159ed koroz\u00ed u automobilov\u00fdch d\u00edl\u016f zhruba 3-5 let. Epoxidov\u00e9 prysky\u0159ice umo\u017enili tuto dobu prodlou\u017eit na minim\u00e1ln\u011b 10-15 let. Technologie e-coat se v automobilov\u00e9m pr\u016fmyslu pou\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 k ochran\u011b r\u00e1m\u016f a r\u016fzn\u00fdch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed osobn\u00edch i n\u00e1kladn\u00edch automobil\u016f v\u010detn\u011b ramen n\u00e1prav, uchycen\u00ed motoru, z\u00e1v\u011bs\u016f a torzn\u00edch ty\u010d\u00ed.<\/p><p>Vedle automotive se epoxidov\u00e9 prysky\u0159ice d\u00edky vynikaj\u00edc\u00ed ochran\u011b proti korozi, chemick\u00e9 odolnosti a elektrick\u00fdm vlastnostem pou\u017e\u00edvaj\u00ed v \u0159ad\u011b dal\u0161\u00edch oblast\u00ed \u2013 nap\u0159\u00edklad kovov\u00e9 d\u00edly pro zem\u011bd\u011blsk\u00e9, stavebn\u00ed a pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9 stroje, kompresory, po\u010d\u00edta\u010dov\u00e9 d\u00edly, rozvad\u011b\u010de, transform\u00e1tory, pru\u017einov\u00e9 spony, z\u00e1v\u011bsy, lodn\u00ed motory, radi\u00e1tory atd.<\/p><p>E-coaty jsou jedn\u00edm z nejefektivn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch a nej\u0161etrn\u011bj\u0161\u00edch antikorozn\u00edch n\u00e1t\u011brov\u00fdch proces\u016f, v nich\u017e maj\u00ed a budou m\u00edt epoxidy nezastupitelnou roli jako udr\u017eiteln\u00e9 \u0159e\u0161en\u00ed budoucnosti.<\/p><p>Ing.
