Tohoto \u00fasp\u011bchu jsme dos\u00e1hli d\u00edky v\u00fdvoji a zaveden\u00ed inovativn\u00ed technologie WaterTreat pro \u010di\u0161t\u011bn\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod z v\u00fdroby molekul\u00e1rn\u00edch prysky\u0159ic . <\/span><b>\u201e<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u00dasp\u011bch v t\u00e9to sout\u011b\u017ei je dal\u0161\u00edm potvrzen\u00edm toho, \u017ee jsme modern\u00ed spole\u010dnost, kter\u00e1 db\u00e1 na p\u0159\u00edrodu a \u017eivotn\u00ed prost\u0159ed\u00ed a soust\u0159e\u010fuje se na udr\u017eitelnost jako\u017eto nezbytn\u00fd z\u00e1klad na\u0161\u00ed budouc\u00ed prosperity,\u201d uvedl u t\u00e9to p\u0159\u00edle\u017eitosti gener\u00e1ln\u00ed \u0159editel SPOLCHEMIE &#8211; Spolku pro chemickou a hutn\u00ed v\u00fdrobu Daniel Tamchyna.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Ocen\u011bn\u00e1 technologie sni\u017euje zat\u00ed\u017een\u00ed odpadn\u00edch vod\u00a0 modern\u00edm a udr\u017eiteln\u00fdm zp\u016fsobem, spot\u0159ebov\u00e1v\u00e1 \u010dty\u0159ikr\u00e1t m\u00e9n\u011b energie oproti konven\u010dn\u00edm technologi\u00edm, \u0161et\u0159\u00ed suroviny ve v\u00fdrob\u011b a sni\u017euje tak v d\u016fsledku i emise sklen\u00edkov\u00fdch plyn\u016f. \u010cisti\u010dka je schopna recyklovat solanku z odpadn\u00ed vody v mno\u017estv\u00ed a\u017e 7 500 tun za rok, co\u017e odpov\u00edd\u00e1 p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b 300 kamion\u016fm soli. S\u016fl je n\u00e1sledn\u011b op\u011bt vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1na ve v\u00fdrobn\u00edm procesu, co\u017e p\u0159edstavuje nejen v\u00fdznamn\u00fd prvek podpory cirkularity ve v\u00fdrob\u011b, ale tak\u00e9 v\u00fdznamnou finan\u010dn\u00ed \u00fasporu.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">V souvislosti se zaveden\u00edm nov\u00e9 technologie vznikl v are\u00e1lu nov\u00fd provoz, kter\u00fd vytvo\u0159il sedm nov\u00fdch pracovn\u00edch m\u00edst. Technologie samotn\u00e1 vyu\u017e\u00edv\u00e1 tzv. pokro\u010dilou techniku oxidace v kombinaci se speci\u00e1ln\u00ed fyzik\u00e1ln\u00ed sorpc\u00ed a spad\u00e1 do ve sv\u011bt\u011b preferovan\u00e9ho konceptu \u201eZero discharge\u201c, kde se odpadn\u00ed proudy jedn\u00e9 v\u00fdroby upravuj\u00ed a p\u0159epracov\u00e1vaj\u00ed tak, aby mohly b\u00fdt zp\u011btn\u011b vyu\u017eity v dal\u0161\u00ed v\u00fdrob\u011b jako surovina. Unik\u00e1tn\u00ed technologie byla vyvinuta na\u0161\u00edm odd\u011blen\u00edm V\u00fdzkumu a v\u00fdvoje a m\u00e1 potenci\u00e1l pr\u016fmyslov\u00e9ho vyu\u017eit\u00ed i pro dal\u0161\u00ed firmy a subjekty, kter\u00e9 upravuj\u00ed odpadn\u00ed vody.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Sout\u011b\u017e o nejv\u00edce inovativn\u00ed firmu roku vyhla\u0161uje Inova\u010dn\u00ed centrum \u00dasteck\u00e9ho kraje (ICUK) za podpory \u00dasteck\u00e9ho kraje, Univerzity Jana Evangelisty Purkyn\u011b a Krajsk\u00e9 hospod\u00e1\u0159sk\u00e9 komory \u00daK. Hlavn\u00ed v\u00fdhru si letos odnesla firma 2JCP s jejich n\u00e1vrhem a v\u00fdrobou provozn\u00edch \u010d\u00e1st\u00ed pro Silyzer 300, pr\u016fmyslov\u00fd elektrolyz\u00e9r pro v\u00fdrobu zelen\u00e9ho vod\u00edku.\u202fCenu za t\u0159et\u00ed m\u00edsto si p\u0159evzala rovn\u011b\u017e \u00fasteck\u00e1 spole\u010dnost Malfini za aplikaci robotick\u00e9ho skladovac\u00edho syst\u00e9mu v Ostrav\u011b.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Tradici s inovacemi kombinujeme dlouhodob\u011b. V sou\u010dasn\u00e9 dob\u011b provozujeme 80 % v\u00fdroby na technologi\u00edch instalovan\u00fdch po roce 2004.
