or<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,0\">Violates another legal regulation or European Union regulation in the areas of:<\/p><ul data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1\"><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,0,0\">fin<span class=\"citation-1056 citation-1057 citation-end-1057\">ancial services, statutory audit and other assurance services, financial products, and financial markets;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,1,0\"><span class=\"citation-1054 citation-1055 citation-end-1055\">corporate income tax;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,2,0\"><span class=\"citation-1052 citation-1053 citation-end-1053\">prevention of money laundering and terrorist financing;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,3,0\"><span class=\"citation-1050 citation-1051 citation-end-1051\">consumer protection;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,4,0\"><span class=\"citation-1048 citation-1049 citation-end-1049\">complianc<\/span><span class=\"citation-1048 citation-end-1048\">e with product requirements, including pr<\/span>oduct safety;<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,5,0\">transport safety, traffic safety, and road operations;<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,6,0\">environmental protection;<\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,7,0\">food and feed safety, animal health, and anima<span class=\"citation-1047 citation-end-1047\">l welfare;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,8,0\"><span class=\"citation-1046 citation-end-1046\">radiation protection and nuclear safety;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,9,0\"><span class=\"citation-1045 citation-end-1045\">competition, public auctions, and public procurement;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,10,0\"><span class=\"citation-1044\">protection of internal order and securit<\/span><span class=\"citation-1042 citation-1043 citation-1044 citation-end-1044\">y, life, and health;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,11,0\"><span class=\"citation-1039 citation-1040 citation-1041 citation-end-1041\">protection of personal data, privacy, and security of electronic communications networks and informa<\/span><span class=\"citation-1039 citation-1040 citation-end-1040\">tion systems;<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,12,0\"><span class=\"citation-1037 citation-1038 citation-end-1038\">protection of the financial interests of the European Union; or<\/span><\/p><\/li><li><p data-path-to-node=\"2,3,1,13,0\"><span class=\"citation-1035 citation-1036 citation-end-1036\">functioning of the internal market, including the protection of compe<\/span><span class=\"citation-1035 citation-end-1035\">tition and state aid under European <\/span>Union law.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e87b637 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e87b637\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>WHO CAN REPORT<\/h4><p>Natural persons who have performed or are performing work or other similar activities in connection with which the report is made may submit reports through the internal whistleblowing system.<\/p><p>For the purposes of the Whistleblower Protection Act, work or other similar activity specifically means:<\/p><ul><li>dependent work performed within a primary employment relationship;<\/li><li>independent gainful activity (self-employment);<\/li><li>exercise of rights associated with participation in a legal entity;<\/li><li>performance of functions as a member of an organ of a legal entity;<\/li><li>fulfillment of tasks within the activities of a legal entity, in its interest, on its behalf, or on its account;<\/li><li>administration of a trust fund;<\/li><li>volunteer activity;<\/li><li>professional practice or internship; or<\/li><li>exercise of rights and obligations arising from a contract for the provision of supplies, services, construction works, or other similar performance.<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>Exclusion Clause: Obligated Entities exclude the receipt of reports from persons who do not perform work or other similar activities for the Obligated Entities pursuant to Section 2(3)(a), (b), (h), or (i) of the Whistleblower Protection Act.<\/p><h4>ANONYMOUS REPORTS<\/h4><p>Facts reported via an anonymous report, or a report that does not meet other requirements of the Whistleblower Protection Act, will be investigated in accordance with the applicable internal regulations adopted by the Obligated Entity.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e591f36 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e591f36\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h4>PROTECTION OF IDENTITY AND PERSONAL DATA<\/h4><p>The identity of the whistleblower shall always be protected to the maximum extent possible and shall be known only to the persons concerned. Obliged persons shall not obtain the identity of the whistleblower. Retaliatory measures against the whistleblower shall not be admissible regardless of the nature of the notification.<\/p><p>The personal data of the whistleblower to the extent mentioned above, together with any voice recording of the oral notification, may only be handled by the competent persons for the purpose of contacting the whistleblower, for the purpose of keeping records of notifications made and for the purpose of preserving the notification, all for a period of 5 years after the notification has been made.
