The EcoVadis assessment includes 21 sustainability criteria in four areas (environment, labour and human rights, ethics and sustainable purchasing) and is getting more stringent year on year. EcoVadis rates more than 85,000 companies worldwide. SPOLCHEMIE is classified for the evaluation in the section production of basic chemicals, fertilizers and nitrogen compounds, plastics and synthetic rubber.<\/p>\n
EcoVadis is a globally recognised business sustainability assessment tool based on international standards such as the UN Global Compact, International Labour Organisation (ILO) requirements, Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards and ISO 26000. The evaluation includes an analysis of the company’s performance and a plan for specific improvement steps.<\/p>\n
