Health and safety is one of our priorities. Our goal is to identify, eliminate or at least minimize all risks to our employees and the people around us.
We continuously monitor and improve our activities, but we also recognise that health and safety is affected by the behaviour of every employee. Everyone's wish is to return home from work healthy, which is why our company launched the "...because health matters" programme in 2021 to strengthen the company's safety culture and improve health and safety behaviour and attitudes, both in relation to ourselves and our colleagues. Our aim is to create a safer working environment and to reduce the number of workplace accidents in the future
We inform, train and motivate our employees to behave responsibly so that together we can continue to prevent problems, take preventive measures and eliminate risks.
Our core values, objectives and practices are defined in our Health and Safety Policy. The basic tools are regular risk analyses, their alignment with the company's needs and legislative requirements, followed by the definition and implementation of technical, organisational or investment measures for improvement.
