Innovation is an integral part of all our activities. We develop innovative solutions for our customers in consistence with the latest trends in three research teams that work intensively together.
Applied research is focused, for example, on the replacement of bisphenols, halogen flame retardants in epoxy resins or on technologies with maximum use of environmentally friendly and renewable resources and monitors both environmental and legislative requirements and market requirements. SPOLCHEMIE boasts 32 valid patents and 72 active patent applications.
Our modern research centre SYNPO (Pardubice), with over more than 120 employees, has been focusing on research in the field of synthetic resin chemistry for over 70 years. It is also an accredited laboratory.
Synpo enables customers to obtain independent certifications and analytical measurements in its accredited laboratories. Likewise it provides independent research activities to third parties. In addition to research, it ensures experimental, low-tonnage or special production as part of experimental development. All these teams are working on more than fifty technical development projects every year whilst responding flexibly to specific customer requirements.
